Solène Cros is a Consultant for the Sahel and Lake Chad region, where she specialises on migration issues. Prior to joining Altai Consulting, Solène worked as a trainee in political affairs at the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations in New York, as part of the integrated operational team responsible for the UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilisation Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA).
Solène holds a Master of Science in Economics and Management from ESSEC Business School with a specialisation in Negotiations and International Governance.
