Rodolphe Baudeau is a founder and lead partner of Altai Consulting. He oversees Altai’s large digital transformation, telecom, media and industrial development projects in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. Rodolphe also supports foundations, development agencies and governments on strategic planning, programme design and evaluation.
Rodolphe has directed engagements covering more than 40 different economic sectors in more than 30 countries, allowing him to develop a thorough understanding of the dynamics of the emerging world.
Rodolphe holds a Master in Management from ESSEC, one of Europe’s leading Business School with a major in Economics.
