Mshindi Milton

Milton is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) expert with over five years of experience in international development and humanitarian aid. He has worked with organizations such as the World Bank, DfID/FCDO, USAID, and various UN agencies and INGOs. Milton's expertise includes grant management, research and evaluation, MEAL system design and management, and direct project implementation. His thematic experience covers formative studies, (TPM) Third Party Monitoring, Migration, and WaSH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene). Currently serving as a Project Analyst at Altai Consulting, Milton contributes to Third-party Monitoring initiatives for USAID investments in Somalia, focusing on stabilization, governance, access to justice, education, social services, and economic development programs. He holds a bachelor's degree in project planning and management, complemented by a diploma in human resources and management, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in his field.
