Junior Analyst

Manon is a Junior Analyst within Altai’s West Africa and Sahel (Migration Practice) team, based in Dakar. She contributes to the Monitoring and Learning System for the Sahel and Lake Chad window of the EU Emergency Trust Fund (EUTF) for stability and addressing root causes of irregular migration and displaced persons in Africa.
Prior to joining Altai, Manon gained field experience working as Program Manager for over three years, with children and women in social distress, incarcerated or on migration roads in Senegal.

Graduated from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University in International Law and International Cooperation, with a focus on African countries, Manon also worked in several State Institutions as an Assistant to Government Advisors in charge of various issues: international development policies, human rights and civil society, equality between women and men.
