Laetitia Sanchez Incera

Laetitia Sanchez Incera is a Consultant within Altai’s Migration Practice, based in Dakar. She contributes to the Monitoring and Learning System for the Sahel and Lake Chad window of the EU Trust Fund for Africa.
Prior to joining Altai, Laetitia worked in the international development and humanitarian response sectors for 7 years. She has designed, led and monitored projects in different emergency contexts, including in the Central African Republic, Niger, Colombia, Mozambique and Uganda. Throughout these experiences, she built working relationships with a variety of donors, including BHA, ECHO, FCDO, UNHCR, EC, GAC and AFD. She has also developed an expertise in protection, safeguarding and gender and social inclusion (GESI), and conducted research to support NGOs, institutional donors and government design programming.
Laetitia holds a master’s degree in International Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and a master’s degree in Global Governance and Ethics from University College London (UCL). She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
