Senior MEL Expert
Gaëlle Le Pottier is a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Third-Party Monitoring specialist with 25+ years’ experience in international settings, spanning Latin America, the Middle East and Asia, including over a decade of work across Africa.
As Project Director and Senior MEL Expert, she provides strategic technical oversight and quality assurance for multi-country TPM portfolios in West and East Africa, mentoring project teams, supervising methodology design, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables, and representing the organisation in client engagements and field missions.
Her career spans senior leadership and support to large donor-funded MEL, learning and research portfolios for USAID, FCDO, the EU and UN agencies, with a track record of strengthening data systems, partner capacities and evidence use to inform decision-making and improve programme performance.
She holds an M.Phil. from the University of Oxford and a B.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
