Esther Zuiderveld

Esther Zuiderveld is a consultant with Altai’s East Africa team where she contributes to Altai’s Monitoring and Learning System for the Horn of Africa division of the EU Emergency Trust Fund (EUTF MLS). Prior to joining Altai, Esther was a consultant and researcher at RadarAdvies, where she was part of the team that manages the Radicalisation Awareness Network for the European Commission and involved in research assignments for ministries, municipalities and NGOs. She also held research positions at the Netherlands Institute for the Study of Crime and Law Enforcement and Victim Support Netherlands, and interned at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Kenya during her studies. Esther holds an MSc in International Crimes, Conflict and Criminology and an MSc in Criminology, both from the VU University Amsterdam.
