Monitoring & Learning System of the EU Trust Fund (Migration, Displacement & Stabilisation)

Altai Consulting has been tasked by the Horn of Africa Window of the EU Trust Fund to develop a real-time Monitoring and Learning System (MLS) at the regional to help the EUTF management team and member states in Brussels better understand and measure the progress made by migration and stabilisation projects, track their outputs and outcomes and connect these to macro-level changes in the Horn of Africa.
