Namarig Mohamed is a Project Coordinator with Altai’s East Africa team. Based in Khartoum, she has been working for eight years conducting quantitative and qualitative social research in Sudan. Her main areas of interest are migration, civil society, and humanitarian response to crises. Through her work, she has built a strong expertise to collect and analyse data in highly challenging contexts and to conduct advanced qualitative analysis. She has worked on several Altai research projects in Sudan including for IOM, USAID and she supports our Ethiopia Migration Programme. She speaks English and Arabic.
