Mathilde Verdeil is a Project Manager at Altai Consulting. She has developed an expertise on migration through M&E systems development, data analysis and field research. She was notably engaged in large data collection efforts in Somalia for the World Bank and has also conducted and coordinated the production of several migration-related pieces of research for the European Union, both qualitative and quantitative covering 20+ countries in East and West Africa.
Prior to joining Altai, Mathilde was an economist at the French Treasury. She worked as a consultant in the economic branch of the Oliver Wyman Group and for the World Health Organization in the Philippines. Mathilde holds a Master in Economics from the Paris School of Economics and a dual undergraduate degree in social sciences and mathematics from Sorbonne Université (UPMC) and Sciences Po Paris.
