Hugo Le Blay

Project Manager

Hugo Le Blay is a Project Manager with Altai’s East Africa team, where he works on projects in the fields of migration, stabilisation, economics and M&E. In his current role, he contributes to the Monitoring and Learning System (MLS) for the Horn of Africa divison of the EU Trust Fund, focusing on projects in South Sudan and regional programmes. Throughout assignments in Somalia, he has supervised large quantitative and qualitative surveys aiming at generating insights on sensitive topics such as engagement and disengagement from violent extremism. Hugo holds a Master of Science in Management from Essec Business School with a specialisation in social entrepreneurship and innovation.
