Hugo Ladroue

Hugo Ladroue is a consultant for the Sahel & Lake Chad region, currently contributing to the Monitoring and Learning System of the EU Trust Fund on migration issues. Prior to joining Altai, Hugo worked for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a governance analyst focusing on the building of synergies between donors providing assistance to conflict-affected countries in the same region. Hugo holds a Master of Letters in Peace and Conflicts Studies from the University of Saint Andrews and a double degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Rennes and the University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.
