Erick Ogola

Analyst

Erick Ogola is an Analyst with Altai’s East Africa team. Erick supports Altai’s Monitoring and Learning System for the Horn of Africa divison of the EU Emergency Trust Fund (EUTF MLS). In his current role, Erick focuses on data collection, analysis, reporting and technical assistance for Uganda, South Sudan, and Somalia portfolios of the EUTF. Prior to joining Altai, Erick was an M&E and Research Assistant at Amref Health Africa supporting regional Health Systems Advocacy projects addressing community health worker renumeration and migration issues. He was involved in development of Community Health Worker (CHW) M&E framework as well tools for various surveys. He also volunteered with Balloon Ventures-ICS as a M&E/business development intern. Erick is interested in data-driven decision making and conducts data analysis using R, Eviews, SPSS, and STATA. Erick holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Statistics at Egerton University, Kenya.
