Amir Hamdane

Junior Analyst

With over a year of experience working on impact projects in Cambodia, Amir recently joined Altai Consulting as a Junior Consultant for the Altai's Migration Practice, based in Dakar where he contributes to the Monitoring and Learning System for the Sahel and Lake Chad window of the EU Trust Fund for Africa.
Amir's previous experience includes working on various projects in Cambodia and in Asia, focusing on agriculture, microfinance, and WASH.
Amir holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Paris Panthéon Sorbonne and a master’s degree in development economics from Paris Est Créteil. He is fluent in French, Arabic, and English and has competency in German and Russian.
