Alessandro Grillo is a Consultant at Altai Consulting’s North Africa Public Policy Division, where he specialises in Libya. Based in Tunis, he is supporting research, monitoring and evaluation assignments for several clients, including Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) of projects funded under the EU Emergency Trust Fund for Africa (EUTF) in Libya.
Prior to this role, Alessandro developed his professional expertise at the Operation Section of the EU Delegation to Libya as well as in other engagements as a researcher on international law (for the Sant ’Anna School of Advanced Studies) and on UN SDGs (for an Italian Think Tank, Agenda for International Development). Alessandro holds three master’s degrees focused on International Law, Security and Marketing.
