Adja Khadidiatou Faye
Adja Khadidiatou Faye is an Analyst within Altai’s Peace, Stabilisation and Security practice, working on projects in West Africa and the Sahel. She focuses on data collection, analysis, and delivering strategic recommendations to inform stakeholders on security dynamics, notably in Eastern Senegal. Prior to joining Altai, Adja worked as a Research consultant for Global initiative against organised crime (GI-TOC) and the United Nations University. She garnered extensive experience in research, analysis, writing, project and team coordination at the Institute for Security Studies (ISS) working on governance, countering and prevention of violent extremism in West Africa, the Sahel and Lake Chad basin. She coordinated and participated in data collection – from designing tools to interviewing key informants, conducting analysis, and publishing reports. Adja holds a Masters in Law and Political science from the University of Reims and a Masters in International civil service from HEIP.
