Altai Consulting was founded in emerging markets. Company management team has been living in the past decade in Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.

Capacity to operate on the ground

We believe we bring value only if we can work side by side with our clients. Altai consultants spend on average 80% of their time in the field with clients. Altai Consulting has developed regional offices to serve its clients better.

Customized solutions

In emerging markets standard “off-the-shelf” solutions often do not work (since market circumstances may be unique, or a critical input may be missing, etc.). We thus strongly advocate customized solutions for each of our clients' needs.

Client loyalty

“One country, one client” policy. Altai Consulting never works for competitors of its clients. We strive to build long-term relationships with clients.
