Brand development for Roshan (GSM operator)

Since its creation in 2003, Altai Consulting has been the architect of the Roshan brand. Roshan is today the largest GSM operator in Afghanistan. Altai consulting leverages its research arm to feed strategic input in the elaboration of the advertising and communication plan. In 2007, Roshan has received the award of Best GSM Brand in the Middle-East by a jury of Telecom professionals.

Brand development for Safi Airways

Altai Consulting is in charge of brand development for the airline company Safi Airways, which operates in the Gulf & Central Asia.

Design of a brand identity for a 3G operator in Central Asia

Altai Consulting was commissioned in 2007 by a regional GSM player to develop a full brand identity (and name) for a 3G operator in Central Asia to be launched next year. The project involved a qualitative study on brand perceptions in the country as well as creative workshops with artists, journalists and other trendsetters to shortlist powerful names.

Re-branding of Afghan Telecom

In 2005, Altai Consulting was contracted to work on the Afghan Telecom brand, defining core values and working all the way through to the execution of the logo and branding guidelines.
