Altai Consulting started its operations in 2003. The company has since then expanded its activities at a regional level in the Middle East and Central Asia.
Our teams have successfully completed more than 150 research and consulting assignments so far with field research and assessments conducted in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Iraq and Palestine.
Altai Consulting builds its expertise on a network of 25 international consultants and more than 250 national consultants, field researchers and support teams in the different countries of operation. Our teams have complementary skills ranging from strategy consulting to social research, evaluation, market analysis and capacity building.
Our approach is based on systematic field assessment and reality checks, feeding into robust technical analysis. Our studies support large development programs and aim at improving the effectiveness of aid delivery and the sustainability of aid interventions in complex environments.
