Louis Meunier is Altai's Chief Financial Officer. He is supervising the Administration and Operations departments.

In 2002 and 2003, Louis worked as an area coordinator in Northern Afghanistan for ACTED. He initiated emergency relief programs and infrastructure projects for major donors, such as large-scale food distributions and road and shelter construction. He also conducted researches on micro-credit initiatives.

Prior to joining Altai, Louis has also worked for the Eiffage construction group. As an internal auditor, he assessed building sites and gave organisational and financial expertise for projects throughout Europe.

Louis holds a MBA from ESSEC, a leading French business school. During his studies he interned at LDCom, a telecommunications company. He is fluent in French, English. He is conversational in Dari, German and Spanish.

Louis has travelled extensively through Afghanistan and Central Asia. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographic Society.
