Rodolphe has supervised the
efforts of the teams on the researches and surveys
for NATO (ISAF) in Afghanistan: Quantitative Survey

teams of more than 90 field researchers, monitors

including a Mapping of the Alternative Livelihoods
Programs for UNODC and a review of the Agri-business
Assistance Programs for the Japanese Government.

aims were to identify attractive agri-business opportunities
and improved methods for leveraging Afghanistan's
horticulture potential at all levels, from production
to harvesting, as well as processing, marketing
and distribution. The assessment also provides insight
on how to increase the added-value of horticulture
products and meet the demands of domestic, regional
and international markets.
