Jacques de Champchesnel has an extensive 10-year international experience in project-development and team-management. It ranges from launching a rural people’s university at grass-root level with local communities in Haiti to managing a large media organization in Afghanistan or setting-up and managing an operations section in ARDS (Afghan Reconstruction Development and Services) part of the Afghan ministry for reconstruction.
He holds a MBA from Essec, a leading French Business School and, a Master in International Affairs from Sciences Po, Paris Graduate School of Political Sciences.
He speaks English, Spanish, Japanese, Italian and Haitian Creole.
