Najibullah Ziar has been working at Altai Consulting as a researcher since September 2004. Najibullah has been involved in numerous projects ranging from social research, impact studies and M&E for organizations such as USAID, the World Bank and UNDP as well as private sector companies like Roshan and the Futures Group.
During his work at Altai Consulting, Najibullah has supervised field work teams and successfully drafted analysis work to be presented to high profile clients.
Najibullah holds a diploma in Information Technology from Brains Institute of Information Technology in Pakistan. He is fluent in Pashto, Dari and English.
