Philibert de Mercey is a social research specialist. Since joined Altai, in May 2004, he worked extensively on evaluation projects, including the Evaluation of NSP Facilitating Partners for MRRD/World Bank, and a nationwide evaluation of the impact of media on Afghan society for USAID-IOM / Internews. He conducted as well socio-economic assessments (Embassy of Japan, the World Bank), and market sector assessments.
Prior to joining Altai Consulting, Philibert worked for Netarget, an Anglo-French company, specializing in data-mining and analysis of consumer needs and trends. As a database consultant and project manager.
He also worked for France Telecom, working as a consultant and project manager in the e-Business branch.
His international experience includes various stints in Australia and South Africa.
Philibert holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Sorbonne University.
