In Afghanistan, our clients benefit from the support
of the Altai network: Altai network is organized
around 7 offices located in the largest cities of
the country, coordinating a team of provincial officers
and interviewers based in the other provinces. In
each of the 34 Afghan provinces Altai has trained
male and female interviewers to conduct social research
and surveys. Altogether, 100 interviewers are regularly
involved in nationwide research projects, and about
50,000 people were surveyed in more than 700 Afghan
communities by Altai research teams over the past
12 months.
Altai network is a key asset to collect data and do research in all
34 provinces as well as disseminating nationwide
public information campaigns nationwide and
ensure a proper coverage of all media available,
and a direct interaction with Afghan people in the
most remote rural areas (car announcement, events).
